How do I return?

Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 21 days of receipt of your shipment.
They must be in original condition
For clothing, unwashed and unworn
In the original packaging
Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!
Are there any charges for return?
There are no charges for return
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Store credit will be issued to returns received after 21 days.
For credit card payments, please allow 5-10 business days for payment to reflect back into your account.
For PayPal payments, please allow 1-2 business days for payment to reflect back into your account.
We accept exchanges within 21 days after your order was delivered to you. If you wish to return an item that was already exchanged, you can only be provided with store credit if we receive item within 21 days.
Items bought on clearance may only be returned for an exchange or store credit. A refund is not permitted.
Women’s and Girl's swimwear can be returned for an exchange only. Item must be unworn with the tags and sanitary liner attached
Items that have been altered are final sale. They cannot be exchanged or refunded. Items that have a dropped hem option may be returned/exchanged, but for a $10 fee.
In the instance that UPS/FedEx tracking states that your package has been delivered but you have not received your items, please contact us. Once the package is in the hands of the UPS/FedEx, they become liable for the safe delivery of your items. If a package isn’t properly delivered, upon notification from the customer, we will open up a case with the UPS/FedEx. Please allow 2 weeks for us to investigate and arrive at a resolution. If you do not receive your order within the 2 weeks of investigation, we'll provide you with the option of either reshipping your order or giving you store credit. A refund will not be issued.
